I'm a new customer, so I can't make a definitive review yet. However, my experience so far has been great. Delivery was as promised. Set up was simple. Hope I never have to use it, but I'm very glad to have the service.

Very effective system for providing a sense of security for both the users and for their family members. Response have been excellent; tech support answered promptly.

Service was good especially the lady I spoke with on line!!! Edwardo was nice as well. My only negative would be the time it took to have item delivered. This is an alarm system to aid someone fragile. I thought it would be delivered in a day or two . I didn't expect it to be days!!!

We tested your alarm in our yard and house successfully. The coverage was great with no problems. Your call center was also very helpful as we tested your product.

Easy installation and activation process. Only things I would change is make the "calling list" that you specify available online, and a little more flexible (i.e. multiple people notified, not just stop once one person gets notified). Also, it seems to take a long time to answer the call button, it's a little disconcerting if it was an emergency.

The fall sensor is a bit too sensitive. I was called twice when I sat down on my couch. I’ve taken it off when I’m being a couch potato 😀

Unfortunately the Bay alarm system was not suitable for me because, after pressing the button to call for help from another room, I could not hear the responder's answer. This meant I did not respond to their query as to whether I needed help, and the Medics were called unnecessarily. Bay personnel did try to work with me to correct the problem. Because I had to package up the unit and return it to California from Ohio via UPS, and even though I was well within the 30-day cancellation period, I had to pay the return shipping of $20.95. This is my main negative comment.

Inexpensive and simple setup but not compatible with Ooma VOIP.
