I had an incident last night, where I dropped my alert device. A voice came through it to check on me, and I confirmed that I was OK, but apparently, as I put it in the charger, the button was pressed a second time which I did not realize. The second button was interpreted as a distress call and the medics were called. I contacted the company the next day to find out what happened and they explained to me the sequence of events. The customer service representative was very thorough and pleasant. Bay alarm is a very responsive system. The user needs to be careful not to drop the devices because those are interpreted as a fall. I have learned the hard way twice.

Abel was fantastic. He was extremely thorough and resolved our issues patiently and carefully. He went through all the options with us and made sure we were taken care. I was very satisfied and felt like he cared.
