I worked with Sarah at Bay Alarm concerning a problem I was having with my smart watch. She talked me thru several procedures which failed to work. She then said she would contact the manufacturer. She followed thru several times to check If the manufacturer had called me then checked with me to insure I had been called. The manufacturer representative was able to clear the problem remotely. I had accidentally engaged the lock on the watch which was the problem. I commend Sarah for the outstanding job she did for me and did an excellent job representing Bay Alarm Medical. Marion Smith

I had ordered this for my mother after much research and talking with representatives. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Had the watch for a week to try with my mother and I think this would have been a great fit for her other than she struggled to remember to charge it every night (she has some short term dementia). She doesn’t have a cell phone, so I was excited with this product. If she hadn’t had to charge it every night, I think she would have kept it as she really liked the watch. The company so far has been very helpful in getting my account canceled in a timely manner and have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend this product to someone else.

Customer Service has been Exceptional, especially today: Brian was a very very good Rep. I've been a customer for 3 years and I thought I might want a different device and plan and so I had a lot of questions. Basically I was updating to a plan with GPS to cover me when out shopping, appointments, visiting etc. He answered all my questions, thoroughly. In the end I decided to upgrade, and he handled the processing for the order, the change in plan, explaining everything. I was very satisfied with Customer Service.

Hello Bay Alarm, On Friday, August 16, I lost my Bay Alarm emergency remote somewhere in my bathroom (which is filled with towels, linens, medication -cabinets, and a great deal of other confusing clutter.) I am 88 years old and have difficulty seeing and moving about, and after several hours of unsuccessful searching, I gave up and called Bay Alarm for help. The representative who answered (Becky), kindly offered to make it start beeping and kept doing so until I finally until I found it ---In a totally unimaginable place. It took quite a while, but the representative stayed with me, and once the unit was found, instructed me too put it In the charger for at least an hour, then test it to make sure it worked. The emergency-call message began immediately. The representative was extremely polite and professional and friendly. I am very grateful to Bay Alarm .
