The instructions from the call I received about cancelling an old base unit no longer in use were fine. I just wish you would have cancelled the old unit once the new unit was activated, instead of showing we had 2 units activated for so long.

I felt we were not really understanding the set up ,my husband is very nervous about the whole change in his life,I could tell the support service person was a little bit ready for our conversation to be over.We just hope our experience with this device will help both of us.

The service is convenient and works well. I placed my base unit in a central room in my house and am able to communicate with Bay Alarm from anywhere in the house. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there doesn't seem to be any convenient online way to maintain the list of people to be notified in case of emergency. This would be nice as these people may change over time.

Seems fine so far. Luckily we haven't had to actually see how it goes in an emergency.

Have just hooked it up and been checked out. I Just am not sure how to attach shower button as all tile.

I would have given 5 stars, except there was some confusion in the beginning regarding the pendant. We were told it wasn't recommended to be worn in the shower, after 2 phone calls it was cleared up for us. It is meant to be worn in the shower, as we were originally told. We have had 1 instance to use it, and it worked perfectly.

So far they have been very responsive. No emergencies, just a couple of equipment tests and one call resulting from putting the device down too hard and pressing the button in error. The response was fast and very professional. Needed a little help setting the equipment up but the support people walked us through it and even called back when the call was dropped by mistake.

Easy, simple transaction, with equipment that works as it should.
