When we first tried to test the watch the call didn’t go through because something about the cell towers but then the Bay Alarm Medical contacted me on my cell phone and they had realized that we a activated the button and they transferred me to support so they could help me with the watch and she had me do a few things with the watch and test it several times and it worked good. The support was very helpful and friendly and I was very satisfied that we were able to fix the issue. I feel like we are going to be in good hands with this company when we need them for an emergency.

That experience I had today was great compared to the last one. Chris was very helpful and gave me the information I needed. The last time I made a call to Bay Medical in regards to a low battery notice sent to me the lady I spoke with could not speak English well and she had me do all kinds of test when all I wanted to know was what do I do if I get a call stating there is a low battery? I was on the phone with her for 30 minutes and I found that unacceptable. My time is valuable too.

We were able to utilize our Bay Medical Alarm system for both my parents to able to live downstairs from us, somewhat independently. They wore the necklace in the shower and the bracelet around the house. It gave all of us peace of mind. Every time they pushed (for real and by accident) there was an immediate response. Excellent company.

So far this has been a great purchase. My mom has already used it twice. And everyone I’ve dealt with on the phone (sales or customer support) has been very pleasant and helpful.
