Kal is fantastic. Easy to understand, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He is an excellent listener, patient and reliable. He returned my calls when he said he would. He helped me decide which device was best for me. He is the poster child for proper customer service.

Jason was very professional and helpful in addressing my concern. I appreciate his kindness and support in canceling the device, as my mother’s medical condition requires her to remain in assisted living to continue her recovery.

Two months ago I woke up and I could not walk. I leaned over and pushed the button on my alarm. When I told the person who answered the phone that I needed help, they notified the paramedics. They showed up in minutes. They also notified my son, so he was able to find me at the hospital. I strongly recommend this service for anyone who is living alone.
