Sara was very helpful

My watch stopped taking a charge and the first individual had me clean and run various tests, I was told to see if it would then charge. After about 2 or 3 hours I called back. Still not working a 2nd individual arranged for new equipment to be shipped. Both individuals were wonderful and extremely helpful.

The young lady was very patient and worked with us to get the smart watch fully operational before the call completed

I got this for my mother-in-law more than 10 (maybe 15 ) years ago! It has been a great comfort to the whole family (especially because we all live so far away from her-the nearest is 2 hours away!) Our mother-in-law said that the people on the phone were always so nice to her. In the last few years she fell a few times, and Bay Alarm saved the day by contacting & updating the paramedics and the lockbox on the door was awesome! We cancelled today because she moved to assisted living-but we know it was Bay Alarm that kept her safe for so long! Gene was very kind ,understanding and efficient

I was having a problem navigating the initial form that Bay Alarm Medical requires for personal information so I called the customer service number and a very helpful agent named Gene actually helped set it up over the phone. It’s nice to be able to talk to a living person rather than having to deal with not-so-friendly online, digital communication.
