I called because my new SOS device had instructions that said I should alter the length of the lanyard and I couldn't see any way to do that. The person I spoke to said to look on the Internet,but that my lanyard may not be adjustable. I will look, but Internet is difficult for me. I am ELDERLY!

The determination of the failed unit was problematic but opted for a replacement to be on the safe side. Activation of the new unit was awkward involving instructions enclosed with the box with the unit, physical activation of the unit, a phone conversation, another phone conversation, and an email with a return email to follow. Has BAM considered a business model where the monthly fee covers the cost of a replacement unit when needed (not when lost)?

Bay Alarm Medical has helped my parents stay independent while giving my family peace of mind. Recently, my dad accidentally pressed the emergency alert button and I got a call from Bay Alarm. They were understanding of the accident. A glitch led to the alarm continuing to beep. A quick call to customer service resolved the issue.

Agent was friendly, spent a great deal of time, and overall helped with some of my technical issues & with my decision to exchange the device (SOS All in One) for a simpler option. When new device comes I still need to figure out how to download the App on our iPhone so I can access as easily as my husband does. Deborah Malone
