I had a few questions about the initial setup of the devices. Both your phone tech support and the internet chat person gave me clear explanations that answered my question.

Contacted Bay Alarm Medical following persistent "beeping" signals generated by landline Console. Spoke to answering service technician "Jenny", who immediately issued an order for replacement Console, including installation instructions, shipment tracking information, etc. I found our interactions and issue solution to be completely satisfactory.
