Read the full review. The experience I had today with Austin was very helpful. He is extremely professional, highly service oriented and took time to answer all my questions. I finally got the questions answered that I had previously called about. Austin gets my 5 star rating. A few months ago, I called Bay Medical and had a Horrible 1 star experience with a male who did not give his name. This person was snarky, insulting, did not answer my questions and was totally unprofessional. Whoever that person was should never be working in a customer service position. BTW, I called from the same phone # on file if you can tell with whom I spoke.

The tech support: Jenny has good PR skills & helped with re-pairing the button to the main unit.

I contacted customer support and Jenny was able to guide me through the setup of the Mobile product I received today. After watching a 2 minute UTube video I was able to set up the charging for the device. And she then ran a test to ensure everything was working properly.
