Button capabilities
I cannot answer into the little button on my necklace if I fall while outside. I don't think you offer this capability do you? Carole Fordham

Definitely recommend to family and friends.
I love the customer service, the easy set up, the reliability of the system and the fall detention. However, I wish it would be cheaper.

Disappointing
Once the service was established and paid for, "customer service" was a misnomer. It took several calls over several weeks dealing with less than helpful--and occasionally antagonistic-representatives to obtain replacement set-up instructions. What should taken no time or effort at all became an unnecessary aggravation. Limited experience with the actual alert service-via testing-suggests that the service is more responsive and better informed. Time will tell.

Had the wrong address
The company was easy to work with. Unfortunately after my mother passed I went to return the unit and found out that they had the wrong address on her account. t could have been a disaster. Check your addresses.

Lack of notification
My Mother had difficulties with her monitor not being plugged in and I was not called.

not completely satisfied
partly my fault for not calling ......don't think the thing actually works.....and might be responsible for a rash on my neck......still thinking ..... I like the idea of this product .....hoping to work out the kinks.......N~

Nice to have even if you don't use it
I have been lucky, since I installed the system I have not need to use it.

Alarm related to wrong address
I have only used your system a short time. However, my alarm went off while I was walking in the neighborhood (don't know why), and when I returned home the Sheriff was at a house across the street. Later, the officer came to me. It seems my alarm activated action at 3255 Chamberlain Circle (not my house ); they had broken in through a window screen to enter when no one answered the door. My neighbor was NOT happy when she returned home. The Sheriff went to the number provided by your service.
