Priya was helpful in getting our older equipment removed from the account.

The agent whom I spoke with today and Kieran whom I worked with yesterday were so very helpful. They solved multiple issues with the units and made certain that my Dad will have reliable coverage. The agent with whom I spoke on Wednesday late afternoon as confusing and kept saying "you don't understand". To which i acknowledged that was why I was asking questions. After 45 minutes, nothing was resolved. Fortunately the next day, I spoke with Kieran and today's agent was also helpful.

The customer service rep was informative but the result was not as I hoped. My elderly mother is in a rehab facility and Bay Alarm cannot temporarily put her account on hold until she return home. I will have to cancel service which is very disappointing.

I needed to change the automated fall detection on the SOS Smartwatch and called Bay Alarm Medical's customer service number. Nancy was extremely kind and helpful and was able to cancel that option over the phone for me.

The person was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous.

My issue was resolved. All my questions were answered satisfactorily and politely.
