I called to find out why Judith’s phone was kicked offline after she accidentally pressed her medical alarm button. From the start of our conversation, AUSTIN was attentive to my question and offered a simple solution for resetting the alarm. Since I live several miles from Judith, I called her to explain AUSTIN’s directions and she was able to reset the alarm box by herself. AUSTIN encouraged me to call Bay Medical next time I am at Judith’s so he could perform a remote test of her system. I plan to do so. AUSTIN was very helpful and an excellent representative of Bay Medical Alarm Co. My thanks go out to him.
