Bay Alarm's products work well. We tried the smart watch first, and my Dad with low vision and diminishing coordination could not work the button reliably, or get it no the charger the right way up. Also, being a small device, it can only be so loud. So we switched to the SOS button, and Bay Alarm has been very good about trading equipment with some overlap before we send the smart watch back.
