I always have excellent CS experiences with Bay Alert Medical. It is their hallmark. Today's help came from Abel, CSR. They helped me purchase new base charging, and addressed my question about multiple location changes for the BAM device SOS that will be used in multiple locations.

As always, when I contacted Bay Alarm's customer service team, they have all been very friendly, highly knowledgeable and helpful , and answered all my questions. And have even pointed out helpful areas of the website we hadnt been taking advantage of👍 😀
