I had misplaced my device. I called Bay Alarm, and Gene sent ringtones to lead me to it.

My first calls were less than ideal, I was to pay $40.00 for a charging cradle, which I didn't think I needed..."No supervisor is available." I got disconnected.... Eventually I was told no charge for the cradle. When I called back again, I reached CHRISTIKA(sp?)...........She was Fabulous and immediately assessed my problem, DC the shipment of a new charging cradle, etc. etc She gets a 10 + from me.

Definitely a good company to work with never had any trouble helped my parents out several times with the service for many years definitely would recommend them
