I'm 86 with hearing aids. Customer service rep had slight accent. Had to ask him to repeat conversation several times. When I tested device volume was OK. Device is now charging. Flashes red and briefly blue. Rep told me this is normal.

The support people have been excellent. The equipment works well. I love the small pendant that I can wear into the shower. But honestly, I'm still too active for the large speaker part that I wear in my pants pocket. I can set off the alarm just by squatting down in jeans.
