Don't have the order yet, still waiting and taking quite a bit of time traveling from NV > AZ.

Would have been more stars however the only update I received was that the order was waiting for fulfillment. Never got confirmation the that it had been shipped or a tracking number. Overall at this point I would have to say the experience has been below average.

I ordered two different plates to compare comfort. One was advertised as single-curve, the other as multi-curve. The (correct) plates arrived and appear to be good quality, but they are both single-curve. I emailed the company with details. I did not "complain" or ask for a refund--I'm happy enough with the plates--but I thought they might want to correct the description on the webpage. I got no response, and the description (item MC1012) has not changed. Oddly, my email was to Battle Steel, the website where I purchased, but afterward I did receive an email from Botach (who made the plates) saying my credit card would be credited $3.60 "for tax difference due." There was no other explanation. Communication doesn't seem to be a strong suit here.

Plates are really nice but don’t like that the website doesn’t say if items are in stock or on back order.

Product was promptly shipped and packaged well. Priced a bit high for what it is in my opinion.

After I purchased 2 bulletproof inserts for my childrens backpacks. I didn’t hear nothing for about a week. Then I finally got an email stating that my order has been shipped. A little more communication would have been better.

Glass in viewer arrived broken

Placed an order on May 9, 11 days later, still showing as PENDING PAYMENT even though I entered my Credit card info. Tried calling the number and email. No response. UPDATE 5/24/2022 I have since messaged them on Facebook and emailed them again. I have called probably 3 additional times going to voicemail. Still they have been unresponsive. They just called me back so we will see if I can get this resolved. UPDATE 5/24/2022 It seems the issue is being worked on. I should've left a voicemail. There may had been issues with their email service. I will update further upon arrival of the product. UPDATE 6/14/2022 They charged my credit card and provided a tracking number, but it still did not ship according to the track number. It's been more than two weeks, and numerous phone calls. "I'll check with shipping". They charged my Credit Card too. UPDATE 6/27/2022 We asked for a full refund and we received it. But then we received the item. It was with a different tracking number. I've sent them an email to charge my credit card again. They are still unresponsive to emails.
