Recieved a level 4 plate which was damaged upon opening the box. Customer service said they are going to replace the product. Everything so far about the company that I can tell is pretty stand up. I look forward to doing more business with this company...but we'll see if I recieve the new plate😁

Product in great condition, shipped and delivered within a week. Packaging of product could def use some improvements however. Good experience so far.

These plates seem to be really well made great looking product only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I think they should have some sort of better packaging to ship it in so the plates don’t suffer damage in the shipping process. My plates came in without any damage but it would be nice to have a little security there. All and all though great looking product.

Like what I see. Material used to ship could be better.
