Great product and a great price. Communication and shipping is a little slow.

My Level 3+ plates are great, they're even lighter than I had expected and arrived in perfect condition and arrived in a very timely fashion however I was unhappy to see that one of my plates was manufactured in 2019 and the other plate was manufactured in 2021 seeing as they have a 10-year shelf life other than that I am very happy with the purchase

Wouldve liked the plate carrier to come in gray

They took care of everything and delivered as promised, and in a timely manor. The only negative is I called to check on status of the payment because it took almost a week for it to clear, just to make sure there was not an issue. I left a couple of voice mails but never received a response back. Just a communication to let me know there were no issues would have been appreciated.

Great store of tactical things actually. I'm fond of playing various games which include wearing vests and special equipment. I prefer buying things in this shop because it literally prooved its essence. I have never met such stores where I could buy tactical clothes, in my opinion, such store are rare. So, for the very first time I applied to customer support service here and they told me how to make an order and how to get my delivery. I understood everything and nowadays I continue buying various things here. Awesome store, without any complaints.

The order was processed fast, the problem is shipping. It was picked up from the shipper by ups, then it it arrived at the ups distribution center for my area it was transferred to the usps for delivery, it would get me sooner with ups!

Good product, I had to take off a couple of stars though I just called them to ask them to make sure to package my plates right because I seen some videos complaining about the packaging and they cancelled my package for being shipped out I didn't tell them to cancel my order I just told them to make sure my package was packaged up right I can tell English is not the first language which made me want to cancel the order that was a big red flag I didn't tell them to stop shipment I just told them to make sure my package was packaged up right when they received the email they stopped processing which made me mad. "A person who speaks English should deal with English speaking customers"
