battlehawkarmory.comReviews of battlehawkarmory.com

I have purchased from Battlehawk armory multiple times and been very happy each time. I think they have some of the best pricing on the internet and definitely some of the best service. Will buy from them again. I used to purchase from palmetto State but I think battlehawk armory is better.

Fast shipping and great price

Battlehawk is the best gun store. I buy most of my stuff here from Fort Lauderdale.

Right prices for the right products. Quality gear that doesn't break the bank. Items ship fast and are packed with care.

after seeing the deal and shopping it , i found it unbeatable and knew it was a money saver. received 2 more magazines at no charge.

Had 2000 rounds of 22LR (Free Shipping) in my cart along with 500 rounds of 9mm. At checkout a charge for shipping came up. When I asked about getting everything shipped in the same box I got a polite "No, they can't be shipped together" reply. No Problem, I took the 9mm Off the order and just bought the 22lr rounds. The shipping cost, added to the cost of the 9mm rounds would have been More than buying them at my usual ammo store (where I actually ended up buying 1000 rounds). This site has alot of products so I'll keep checking the deals and promo's when they come around.

Ease of finding my ffl at checkout, price, shipping time and packaging.

I ordered 200 rounds of .223 and instead received 150 rounds of 5.56. I emailed and called Battlehawk Armory multiple times, which I got no response from. I let them know I was going to do a chargeback and they still ignored me. It was only until I actually activated the chargeback that I received an email with a prepaid shipping return label. I was told specifically by John Trent, "We have already pulled the correct ammunition and have it set aside for you. As soon as the incorrect shipment is received back at our shop, we will get the correct ammunition shipped out to you." I shipped my incorrect ammo back with the prepaid return label and the tracking number says it arrived and was received back to them. I sent an email to remind them about it, but it has been almost a week since my ammo arrived back to them, and I still haven't received any update about my correct ammo or any replies to my email. They have very poor customer service and would never recommend them to anyone because of my time that was wasted.
