Horrible ordered back on March 4th with express shipping and still haven't received my package. Its been sitting in Springfeild NY for 11 days. I have called multiple times, texted, and emailed no return on any of them. It did take a lot to finally reach them but once in contact they made it right for a very frustrating situation and the singlet arrived 3/18!

Saw an add on Facebook, decided to take a shot at ordering a singlet from the battlefitgear.com site (order: BFG4398) Order was placed Dec 21st, it's now January 9th and I have yet to receive a tracking number. I sent them an email back on January 1st where they informed me that orders ship 7-10 days once payment was received. I paid for the singlet on the 21st so I should have received at least something from them about my order by now- sadly nothing. I sent them an email yesterday and am still waiting on a reply. Glad to hear people have received their purchases at least...even though it took a long time to get it. *update 2025-01-13* Received item yesterday, appears they had a tracking number back on Jan 5th which was not provided to myself. Changed my 1 star to 3 as the suit was cool. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Their address is also the address for waterloo national bank…? Super sketchy stuff

Update: Updated to 3 stars because after this review the company offered me a refund. I will note that they had the opportunity to do so when I emailed them over a week before writing this review at which time they responded saying there was nothing they could do. Placed an order on 12/12 and paid for express shipping today have a singlet my kid “needed” for a tournament on 12/21. Website said 3-5 days processing. I figured with express shipping it would cut it close but would at least have a chance of arriving on time. Order wasn’t proceeded and ready to ship until 12/19 (7 days not 3-5) and even with upgraded shipping didn’t arrive until today 12/28 (9 days after shipping). I emailed the company in the interim and got excuses for a response and got the “no refund” talk. Product itself that arrived today isn’t even great. It’s cheaply made with decent print quality at best. I’ll never use or recommend this company to any one. Even better— the company has no place on their website or FB for people to leave reviews. Makes me think that’s intentional.

I cannot review on the actual product as it hasn't even been produced yet let alone shipped. When ordered I received a confirmation order that it would take 3 to 5 days for production then i would get sent a tracking number. I understand this is holiday time therefore I double checked the production time and delivery time to make sure it would arrive for Christmas. I've contacted them and received a reply that it takes 5 to 10 buisness days for production after checking on my order (as of today it has bern 12 buisness days) the information given to me was that the items have still not been produced.....hopefully will get it on time and will be able to review the actual product. I've noticed there is now a statement on the website that items that are ordered now won't be delivered on time for Christmas.....wish they would have posted that earlier. I would absolutely love and would be glad to update my review once I receive my product. Update: Finally received my order on January 6th. If you're in a hurry, do not order. If you don't mind waiting the product is decent. The colors are beautiful however the size I a little off compared to many othe companies I've ordered from. If I were to order again I would definitely size up. I however do love all the colors and choices of patterns and my daughter seems to really enjoy them.

2 weeks after I ordered and still no items ... now they are telling me that the shipments has been split with 2 different couriers ... absolutely appalling UPDATE - tshirt delivered today (17/7/24) and it's very nice but still no movement on the shorts ... UPDATE - shorts arrive via Royal Mail (19/7/24) and they are nice but due to the lead times I wouldn't order from here again

great designs. good shipping - very poor quality of material. These are very cheap temu quality rash guards. I'd pay $19 for one of these - but will never order another one.

Shipping time unreasonable. My order was made 1-23-2023. I was hoping to have my order for vacation it is March 5th and I still don't have my order. I will not be ordering from Battlefit ever again. Try Raven ware I got my order in less than a week. Dr. Mike Update: 3-7-24 After posting review I was contacted by Battlefit. They were able to get my order to me in 2 days in time for vacation. I wish I didn't have to post a poor review to get their attention, but they did come through in the end and the product looks good. They sent me 50% off and will give them another try with another order. I will update again after next order.

Ordered a rashguard early January 2024, still nothing. Update - 6-March 2024, still nothing. I am not ordering rashguard online ever again. I acknowledge I lost my money on that one and probably will not see the product. Update - 7 March 2024 - I received the rashguard today. My review still stands as the shipping times are disproportionate. It's essential to be fair with the client and inform them that shipping can take about three months. I updated to 3 stars because the product is good and fits well, but delivery times are horrible.
