BUY ELSEWHERE. If what you order does not fit, you are just out of luck. They will even ask you to lay your purchase down and take pictures with a tape measure for them. Not because they are going to process a simple size exchange or a return, just FOR THEM. Who in today's world sells clothes and doesn't allow for a simple size exchange? I'll just pay more for better rashguards from REPUTABLE COMPANIES with real customer service from now on. Took a chance on a different company, got burned.

DO NOT BUY. If your items do not fit correctly they will NOT LET YOU RETURN OR OFFER REFUND. The quality of leggins were overall good but the size guides were not correct at all. I measured my waist and hips and was between sizes so ordered the smaller size. The Leggins were way too big and the legs and ankles really baggy. I have hundreds of Leggins from many different suppliers and have never had this problem before. On the order page it states: NEW AND UNUSED ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED BY CUSTOMERS WITHIN 30 DAYS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. This is untrue. They will not offer me a refund after sending them photos and measurements. I would steer well clear !!!

A full 30 days to ship our order. What a joke

I placed an order on the 10th of November still haven't received my order and little to no response. All responses are the standard response with no one looking into the issue. Today is December 4th Another day with no resolution as for the standard response of its a busy time of the year for shipping I totally understand but when other companies are meeting standards of overnight and or 5 to 10 days this excuse is no acceptable.

Terrible communication! Received and “Grinch” is misspelled it says “glinch” WTH!! Will never order from them again. Contacting credit card company UPDATE… company contacted me and stated that their marketing department thought Glinch would be fun in lieu of Grinch. The refunded my purchase price and are in the process of sending a pair with Grinch… I’ll update the review with a more positive one after I receive the new ones…

Very poor quality, cheap print and fabric. Slow to respond and are avoiding refund. Do not purchase.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. I purchased total of six long sleeve women's shirts for $212. I ordered a small I am 5'5 and 135lbs. They fit like a large. I contacted the company and offered to pay for shipping if they would please exchange them for a smaller size. They have not responded to me. I have 6 shirts that I can't wear and I am out of $212 plus the time that I had to wait for them. It's not even worth paying for alteration but they are from a cheap material and poorly made. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

XS for women rashgard BJJ fit really really too tall. I want something more stretching and the sleeve are big and too tall. The only thing ok,is the design.
