Warranty non-existent
Over the past 8 years, I purchased four Lithium Ion batteries directly from Battle Born Batteries, the sales division of DragonFly Energy. The company claims there is no record of me owning these batteries although I purchased all four directly from Battle Born and have provided serial numbers. I happen to be a forensic engineer, licensed in nine states in the engineering disciplines of electrical, mechanical, and industrial. The company knows my credentials. The company is unwilling to provide technical documentation supporting their contention the batteries are improperly connected because they know I can dispel their reasons for denying this warranty. Perhaps the best example of this company’s lack of ethics is their Wednesday, May 21, 2025 2:56 PM email alleging the motorhome cables are spliced. This company insisted on receiving photos of the battery connections. Those photos were included with the warranty claim. The photos document none of the existing battery cables are spliced.
