I purchased 2 Game Changer batteries…
I purchased 2 Game Changer batteries from BB over $6000 and some victron hardware, they initially referred me to one of their authorized dealers that also is a Victron dealer, their dealer butchered my Camper I spent ($15000.00) on it i spent another $5000.00 fixing their dealers mistakes! .when I called Battle Born about it they made nothing but excuses I don't think they cared because they sell so many batteries though this quartzite Business. I've contacted BB several times they ignore me! Even for simple questions about the system I had their dealer install. If these batteries last the 10 years they are supposed to ill never buy a battle Born product again and never suggest then to anyone again!!! They have profits come first and Its good luck after sale! Their YouTube videos are nothing but Missinfimaion. They also won't warranty anything resold if I sell my camper with the system in it that's it warranty void! So it has no resale value! I've already pulled the system out getting the camper ready to sell! Since I can't lie ot mislead anyone about the warranty being void of I sell it with there batteries in it. They are Very shady if they were actually the "Best Lifpo4" on the market they would stand behind it if a professionally installed system was sold with a camper. Buy at your own risk from Battle Born it should be called Battle for The Warranty batteries.
