Good products and good service!

I ordered AA rechargeable batteries from Battery Mart and I had no problems ordering and in only a few days they were at my house, and this was not the first time I have ordered from Battery Mart and it will not be the last!

I was a little disappointed but it was my fault. The rechargeable 312 batteries I bought will not recharge in my charger because my hearing aids are oticon which require a different type battery.

Battery was bad it cost me $12.12 to ship the battery to via UPS. I was sent a defective battery and it cost me money. I am trying to NOT make Amazon purchases. I purchased another battery (from Amazon) while I was waiting to hear back from BatteryMart. The battery was $20 less than what I paid. I knew this when making the initial purchase from BatteryMart but I was trying to support businesses other than Amazon. This same issue with Amazon would have cost me nothing. I would have received the new battery and probably not have to ship back the bad battery. But if I did, I would have been provided a postage paid label. So, a customer must spend money to receive a refund. Maybe this is one of the reasons Amazon is taking over the world. That $12.12 that I had to pay for a defective battery is a story I tell frequently and unfortunately, I will never make another purchase from BatteryMart. Perhaps BatteryMart should consider refunding postage if the battery is deemed defective? UPDATE 12/26/21: Company has refunded the shipping cost. Thank you.

Was in need of a Gel battery. Searched on-line and found BatteryMart.com with the best price. Ordered a Group 31 Gel Battery and received it within three days. Can't believe that anyone would not want to order from BattteryMart. Thanks for the quick service.

Total "home run". Reasonably priced and, easily, the fastest shipping I've experienced. Great follow-up and prompt updates on shipping. Very impressive.
