Worked with me to resolve my concern. Great customer service!

Arrived on time, easy purchase.

Bought thses batteries several times the work great and reasonably priced. Always fast shipping

It was great, battery arrived sooner than I expected. (Boy did USPS delivery get expensive but not your fault) Put it on the charger, and once charged, worked perfectly on my power drill. No problems, just what I wanted. I'll remember this in the future

I purchased batteries under the impression they were in stock. Unfortunately they weren’t and I was informed promptly and was able to receive a refund. Good business.
