The correct battery for my Prius 2010 arrived in just about two days, shipped at no cost to my home in Connecticut. It is really cold out, and after the car (having the new battery) was used for 5 days it then sat around not being driven for 3 days, and when we went to start it in the cold, no problem! The surrounding, protective layers of cardboard protected the battery during transit. Easy to install.

Originally I was told the battery was out of stock for another 30 days. I canceled the order with BatteryMart and figured I would pay more locally, but I would have it. Teresa at Battery Mart sent me an email and said there was a miscommunication and the battery was, in fact, in stock if I wanted to continue the order. I confirmed yes and within 2 days I had the battery! Great service and price. Will recommend BatteryMart to others.

I recently purchased a rechargeable 6 volt lantern battery and a charger for it, from Battery Mart on their website. I received my order fairly quickly and everything was packaged well. The battery seems very good, its a lead acid rechargeable lantern battery and I think it will last a while. Unfortunately the charger I bought to charge it does not always put out the power it should. I did multiple tests and for some reason many times when testing it with a voltmeter, it simply doesnt put out the power correctly. I informed Battery Mart customer service, they mailed me a return label(I dont use a printer on my computer). I repackaged the bad charger and returned it. After a while they sent me a replacement, but unfortunately I had the same results with that specific charger. The reason I still give Battery Mart a 5 star review is the lantern battery seems very good, and their customer service rep James provided excellent customer support. I will look into spending a little more on a charger instead of the cheap 20 dollar budget one.
