Right price and although I selected standard shipping, they came quickly. I've ordered several batteries from Battery Mart and they have always worked well.

Package received was damaged & missing a battery. Spoke with customer service representative and she immediately had a solution for the problem. Sent pictures of items & packaging and a replacement battery is on the way! Thank you so much fir your prompt attention to this matter!

Wrong battery was sent. I ordered a YTZ14S for a Honda EU7000 generator, but I was sent a PTZ10S. Requesting refund or replacement. Update: This wasn't BatteryMart's fault, I had relied on an AI response for the correct battery rather than looking it up in BatteryMart's system, which shows the correct size. Revised my rating to 5 star.

Wouldn’t let me pick what shipping I wanted. They charge me $20.00 shipping. There were other prices but it wouldn’t let me choose.

No fault of the company they sent the battery out fast and it was the perfect fit for my motorcycle. The fed ex shipping was a nightmare though, I think they miss placed the battery in Orlando, I was supposed to get the battery on Friday and then they changed it to Saturday and then they gave me three different delivery times on Saturday none of which were true. I called the Orlando office on Monday and they told me that I would have it today and they apologized for the delay and again I didn’t receive it that day, it wasn’t until around 4:00pm on Tuesday before I finally got it.
