Easy peazy great experience

Quick and easily able to locate the battery I needed.

Made the order and recieved it timely. Everything was as described.

Easy installation. Excellent quality and fast shipping (just a couple of days!). I replaced my 2013 prius 3 battery, which took about 10 minutes. Easy installation: removed negative then positive and vent tube of old battery then did the reverse order to put in the new battery. There is a vent socket for this new battery. All went well and my prius turned on without a problem and everything is working smoothly. Will buy again in the future. Thanks!

Was not able to get delivery date and it was 3 weeks now and no information

I ordered 3.7 volt batteries and that's not what showed up. Not sure how that mix up could of happened when my battery being replaced stood right in front of me. If the web site had a glitch then a system should have been in place to catch that. I would have seen that.
