The battery was ordered 2 weeks ago and has not been delivered yet

Great to deal with would recommend for batteries.

Was not a connector match to my tool that it said it would fit. Modifications are necessary

The USPS tracking number stated that it was delivered in/at a mailbox but it wasn't my mailbox. I contacted batterymart to let them know that I didn't receive it and asked them to follow-up with USPS. They told me to contact my local post office but I told them it was a waste of my time. Will at batterymart said he'd follow-up on my behalf which is great! If the original battery doesn't show up, I will order it again from batterymart because they were willing to follow-up even though I gave up!
