Ordered a replacement battery on August…
Ordered a replacement battery on August 11. The product page stated “Usually Ships in 4–8 Business Days.” By August 24 it still had not shipped. When I contacted BatteryClerk, they said the battery was being shipped from their supplier to BatteryClerk’s distribution center and was expected there August 25. I was not informed of this delay until I contacted them. I’ll update this review when the battery actually ships and arrives. Update: Battery arrived, but shipping was much slower than advertised I ordered a replacement vacuum battery on August 11. The product page stated that it “Usually Ships in 4–8 Business Days.” By August 24, it still had not shipped, and I had received no notice explaining the delay. After I contacted BatteryClerk, they told me the battery was being shipped from their supplier to their distribution center and was expected there on August 25. The battery ultimately did not ship to me until August 31—15 business days after I placed the order—and I received it on September 3. I’m updating my original review to note that BatteryClerk did ultimately fulfill the order and the battery arrived. However, the shipping time was substantially longer than the 4–8 business days shown on the product page, and I would have appreciated proactive communication about the delay rather than having to contact the company myself to find out what was happening.
