Says they stand behind their products but they don't. They sold the wrong device and refuse to accept the return. The battery made my robot vacuum smoke and destroyed it. Slow to respond, blames you.

You know, shame on me for not checking the reviews here before purchasing from them. Their website said that the battery would fit my bike. I was a little skeptical because the year range was so vast, and I know that there was a split in the generations right up at '99. Well, lo and behold, the battery arrived and didn't fit. I send them pictures, actual photographic evidence that it isn't compatible with my bike and their response was essentially that it was my mistake, that it is indeed compatible with my bike (sure if you want to cut my bike up with a sawzall, i guess we can "make" it fit but that's not how this works), and therefore i can refund it at my cost of returning it so no label for me. Bad customer service, and from what I can tell, bad knowledge of vehicle to battery compatibility. Honestly though if I had seen all these bad reviews I'd have probably run for the hills. I'm just going to keep the battery for testing stuff in the garage or give it to someone to tinker with because it is simply not worth the time and effort to deal with these people.

LOW VOLTAGE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX

I placed an order on June 21 because BatteryClerk's website advertised "Fast 1–2 day shipping to most of the USA." My order had not shipped by June 25, so I contacted customer service. They replied that the order was still being processed, that batteries come directly from the manufacturer, and that it would ship "in the next few business days." As of July 2, my order still has not shipped. If products are not actually available for shipment within 1–2 days, I believe the website should make that clear before customers place an order. My experience did not match the shipping expectations advertised on the site, and the communication after ordering has been disappointing.

If I could give them a negative review I would. I received a defective battery and contacted them immediately. After 14 emails, a phone call I still have not received a refund. They wanted a picture of the battery then a video of the battery then a picture of the model. After 12 emails I got one from them saying since I hadn't responded my ticket was closed! I have never in my life dealt with such poor customer service.

The website said it was compatible with my hotspot but it doesn’t work in my hotspot.

They sent a battery that was dead. .it was a 3.7VDC battery that would not charge after hours on the charger. After checking it with a multimeter the battery was at 2.9VDC The company wanted a video of it not working then they would send me a return label 4-7 days later Poor product poor customer service

Item never received. No one answers the phone. It rings a few times and disconnects.
