Ordered replacement batteries for our UPS. After only 42 days(!) the UPS reports that the batteries already failed the self-test. Only 6 weeks is a bit short IMHO. Tried contacting BatteryClerk via their suggested email-procedure, no response? We will need new batteries for our UPS, we do this about every 3 years or so but BatteryClerk won't be our supplier anymore. First time, first mistake.

I needed a battery ASAP. I understand you say you ordered it from the manufacturer so it would be fresh after weeks of not receiving it.---you said 4-7 days in your add--free shipping---I paid $12.95 shipping to get it even sooner---it came from China and took 4 weeks-sorry no more next time- make and buy in America plus get it sooner---tell people the actual shipping time and disclose made in china in the future

The process for ordering on-line is just fine. I received my battery charger in a few days. The bad news: the charger does not work. Have emailed vendor. Let's see how their return process works...

This battery was advertised for a 2004 Harley Softail Duce. We did receive the battery quickly but it did not fit our bike. We ended up getting a battery from Harley that fit perfectly. There wasn't any return instructions so we are just out the $$$ for a battery we can't use.

I ordered a battery for my Royal Enfield motorcycle the dimensions and polarity were correct on the information on the Web site for this motorcycle but when I received the battery it was the wrong polarity and to big to fit the holder, I rang the London office and spoke to a lady called Sharon she said she would arrange a DPD return slip and when they get the battery I will get a refund the total cost I had paid was £46.48 they refunded me £19.67 they said the charges were for restocking and for some reason two delivery charges (I had already paid one) I have emailed them three time now In London and the Netherlands and they haven't had the decency to reply I'm £26.81 out of pocket and no battery please Avoid this company.

Fed Ex delivered the batteries to the wrong address. Their chat is worthless. I found the package on a rock about 1 mile from my home two days later.
