Scam - sent incorrect and faulty product and never fixed -poor customer service - totally avoid business with them

Bought battery for my daughter for christmas early for her computer.. She decided that she neededto get another computer instead. They would not take return outside of 30 days, even though battery was never opened.

Ordered a very expensive battery. after 4 weeks I still did not receive a shipping notification or tracking number. I reached out they said they'd ship it asap. Another week goes by, I asked for another update, they said oooh actually they don't have it in stock it'll arrive on the next shipment next week...This feels a lot like a scam to me. Meanwhile, I have projects waiting on this battery arriving. If nothing again next week, I'll see if I can get a refund.

Ordered a product that they said was in stock. Four days have passed and the order remains unfulfilled. I asked customer support and they said the order was coming in fresh? Fresh? So not in stock? I asked to cancel my order and they said they would charge me a 15% restocking fee. Now I've been stung twice. I told them my about my disappointment and they said I can email them to cancel and also request that they waive the restocking fee. So now I'm doing their job of canceling an order and managing their accounting for them? I would give this company zero stars on Trustpilot if possible. ZERO.

Ordered two 12v batteries described as Dewalt replacement on 9/10. Simply asked for a ship date ETA . Response included everything but that. Part of which they said they order directly from the manufacturer to make sure batteries are fresh. Ya ok. Tells me most likely China, they don't stock anything and what's to say the batteries haven't been on a shelf forever where they originated from. So far everything questionable at best.

Battery took several weeks to arrive. It had no accompanying paperwork of any kind. It did not fit my device. Trying to return it for a refund has been a nightmare...partially due to their wanting paperwork that I've never seen...and will probably result in my losing $75. Worst customer service ever.

Going on over 20 days on Amazon purchase refund..Nothing but run sroud

They do not pay for return shipping for their misrepresented products.
