A friend told me that BPB on McHenry Avenue in Modesto Ca repaired cell phone screens, would not have known otherwise. I received prompt professional service at a reasonable price. A welcome relief compared to my experience at an Apple Store to have my wife's phone repaired where I waited half an hour to be handed off to three different people before someone gave me and exorbitant price and I left. She will be going to BPB next week.

I scheduled an appointment online to get my cracked screen repaired and that was all I had to do. My phone was done in about 45 minutes and I also picked up an extra screen protector to help prevent it from breaking again. If you have a cracked screen - I would recommend them. Plus they were less expensive than the other place down the street. Mike Hunt

I recently went to Store 101 in Tucson, AZ. Although Corporate managed to mess up my order, I found Erik at this store to be wonderfully helpful and went out of his way to make things right for me. I am still waiting for the correct ordered cell phone battery to be delivered but it has only been since Friday. Corporate sent a chinese battery with a 1 year warranty instead of the Duracell with a lifetime warranty I had ordered online to be delivered to my local store. I had been referred to this store by a friend who also found them very helpful when he had to get a battery for his father's cell phone a few months back when his father was visiting from SD. We both were impressed with the helpfulness of both Erik and Gordy. They both take the meaning of service to heart. I may have paid a little more vs. just buying from some place like Amazon but the consideration and helpfulness was well worth it. I just hope Corporate gets their stuff together and delivers the correct battery some time soon. This was in no way the fault of store 101 or Erik. I will definitely do business with this store and Erik in the future. KB
