Excellent! Customer service responded to my text in seconds yesterday. I needed the battery in my Pixel 2XL replaced. I asked them if they had a battery in stock, he said their store didn't. He told me he would BRB. He came back and told me a store that does. I called that store and they had one in stock. I asked them if they would hold it for me until the next day. He said of course. I went today and had it replaced. Many other places i called charged from $100 to $150. They charged me $67. All the staff were very knowledgeable about all their products. The one on Atlantic Avenue in Raleigh, NC are the greatest.

Such a wonderful place for all your battery needs! I was helped within seconds after walking thru the door and he knew exactly what I needed which was a big help. Highly recommend these guys

Location:Tanglewood in Roanoke, VA I am no stranger to Batteries Plus. It is my go to store for the main reason being employees like "Dave." During this Pandemic, I hate to shop anywhere that it is not an emergency, but the power in my cell phone was almost nothing. Dave took my cell phone, replaced the battery and called me when he was done. I so appreciated him working and being so accommodating and efficient. Thank you for your service and retaining employees like Dave!

First I visited the Appleton Wisconsin East store. My iphone power connector wasn’t working. I think it was Corey took it behind the counter and managed to get whatever was stuck in the connector out and or it works great. He didn’t even charge me!

I have visited batteries Plus bulbs few times at their Chantilly, VA location. Each time they have provided excellent service. I have used them to replace iphone screen many times and never had any issues with the service. Very friendly people behind the counter.
