Store in Palatine Illinois absolutely kicks ass! Had both my cordless drill batteries refurbished and they last so much longer than the ones that came with the drill. Just had my iPhone 6s battery replaced by Joey a technician at the store. Done in a hour and he did a fantastic job! Looks like it never was repaired. I would recommend this store to anyone! I rate this store a 10+ for sure!

I stopped by the Batteries Plus on Scarborough Blvd. in Reynoldsburg, OH yesterday at closing time it was 5:58 PM with a electronic car key problem. I found Anthony there working a phone and I apologized for being there at closing time. He said No Problem and proceeded to check my car key and discovered it needed a new battery. In just a few moments he had the key repaired and I was on my way. I've been at that location a few times in the past and always received terrific service. Anthony was very thoughtful to stay and efficient in handling my repair! Thanks again! Sam Watkins

I needed a good battery for my van after having a cheap one from an auto supply store fail under warranty and the replacement fail just after the original warranty was up. I went to your web site and needed advice on choosing a replacement. Khandice Mora at your Lynnwood store is very experienced and was a great help, she took my van engine information and gave me a recommendation. She also guarantied the discount available for using the web site to order online and took down all my information so I could pick it up the next day. When I picked it up she was very helpful, even brought the battery to the car since I have to use a cane. Given her wonderful attitude, in depth experience, and helpfulness she probably should be training other new sales people for the company.

I spoke on the phone with a gentlemen named Ty from the Tanasbourne Town Center location in regards to a question I had about a light bulb and he was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! Not only did he give me all the info that I needed, he was a joy to talk to! I've never even been to store location prior, but I will absolutely be shopping there regularly after being helped by Ty!

Had to get a Samsung 7 phone open with a blacked out screen. Eric and Bobby got it open and accessible within a few hours with no damage. When picking it up, asked about replacing a fog light for a Subaru Forester. Patrick came out to lot and got under car to remove old one, not an obvious or simple task. Much appreciated!
