I called in to ask if they could program a key fob. They told me to call a different store all the way across the city. I did, and they said they could do it. I went in, and they refused to program the key fob because I didn't buy it there. What kind of brain dead policy is that? Now the customer is furious, and they lost out on easy money. The key fob is identical to what they sell, so it's not like it's a technical problem. And apparently their employees don't know about this brain dead policy. I will never set foot in another Batteries Plus as long as I live.

I had my iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced and its clear as day they didn't do it correctly because now my phone has water damage... the guy says that the 7 plus is not whaterproof but that's crap because I asked apple about it. Im furious that my screen wasn't sealed correctly and now I have to buy a new phone. I have gone to get my phone fixed 3 times and have recommended this to other friends, which now I will never ever go to this business or recommend it to anyone ever again.

I went in to purchase a Toshiba laptop battery and he said they had 1 left and the price was $99.99. I said forget it. Got how checked on Amazon and it was $26.95. The place is a rip off!

We had 3 watches serviced there. NO stickers inside any of them when we took them back for service. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Phone screen repairs ONLY apply to problems with touch screen NOT against cracking. I had my iPhone for nearly two years before I dropped it hard enough to shatter the screen. I had Batteries Plus in Elk River replace the screen, even put a screen protector on in the parking lot after the repair. That lasted less than a week before it cracked, the crack now has become three connected cracks. When I called they said not only does the the warranty not cover cracked or shattered screens it now voids the warranty for what it would normally cover. Would like to know what kind of junk screens they repair phones with. I’d find someone better if you need a cellphone screen repaired.

I purchased 2 deep cycle marine batteries from the Baton Rouge store . Together they cost over $500. At the time of sale the clerk told me that each one qualified for a $30 rebate, and applied on line for me before I left the store. Three mounts later, when I had not received my $60 rebate check I contacted customer service. They told me that I should have mailed the rebate request in, that they did not accept on line rebates ( lie #1). When I told them that it stated on the rebate paperwork that I received from the clerk " To receive your rebate faster apply on line" they changed their story and told me that she would look into the matter. I received an E Mail from the representative I spoke with a few days later, and was told that my rebate was now being processed. A week later I got a $20 rebate check in the mail. I then E Mailed the rep. and told her that the check was only $20 and not the $60 I was due. She told me that the batteries I purchased only qualified for a $10 rebate(lie # 2) and she was sorry for the inconvenience! I have misplaced my paperwork to prove that each of the batteries qualified for a $30 rebate so, I now have no recourse left to try to get the $40 that is owed to me. If you need any kind of a battery, a AA or a car or boat battery, go anywhere BUT Batteries Plus Bulbs!!!! I have never dealt with a more non-trustworthy, sleazy company! I would have given them 0 stars if it was available.

This was the first time i had gone to Batteries Plus Bulbs and they're screens are very poor in quality. The customer server was okay but after i got my phone back the screen looked normal until after a few months, the screen started to glitch at the bottom, i have a iPhone 7 that's JailBroken and i thought is was one of my tweaks, the screen saturation was already there when i got it back. I Don't recommend going here unless you're on a budget.

Paid $263 for a Car battery online was told in stock got delayed two weeks no follow up call. Went in store for pickup they brought out battery verified with my receipt then asked for ID. When I went out to car to get it and got back they had put it away said their system is down they cant complete the transaction. I said I already paid they stated not their problem come back another day to complete. I said I drove 50 minutes to get here they said not our problem we cant control computer systems. I said I will call corporate they said good get a refund I will still need to come back to the store to get that too. Dont buy anything from this company no customer service and this was a manager?
