Went to replace my front broken screen IPhone 8 and they replaced it with defective one. Went the next day to let them know and they refused to change it. Horrible job they did and on top of that they wanted me pay for service again even tho it was not my fault. Called corporate and they said distric manager would call me and that never happened..... Next BBB review. Be aware before you go.

IN THE MARYLAND AREA NEVER I REPEAT NEVER SUPPORT ANY IF THESE FRANCHISES THERE ONE IN NEAR SIX FLAGS ALSO ONE OFF BOWIE ROAD. Worst customer service I've ever received, and utterly disappointing after years of being treated well at this same location (Richmond Road, Lexington, KY). Came in for batteries to a key fob. The package was thrown at me, the cashier was rude that I paid in cash and she had to make change, and my request for help to install the batteries was denied.

Called there in the morning to confirm they had the battery I needed. Then I make the drive over 15 miles to pick it up only to be told "no they don't have it. It would have to be ordered". This is the store in Novi, MI. I'll never buy another dimes worth of product at this POS outlet.

Whee to begin. I made an appoint net to have my Samsung S8 screen repaired. Tech says come back in an hour and a half. I go back in an hour and a half. “We need another 1/2 hr we have to wait for the supervisor to call with a part” SAY WHAT!? Come back in 1/2. “We need another 15 minutes.” WTH. Another 15 min pass. I go in the store. “We need another 15 minutes or we could give you a call.” I don’t have my phone, moron. “We could email you” I don’t have my phone! So I tell them I’ll be in my car, let me know when it’s done. I go back in in a 1/2 hour. “Your phone is ready.” Really? So I’ve waited 2 1/2 hours. I get on my phone. Phone pops a message “ No SIM card”. I drive back to the shop. Tech “Well did your phone come with a SIM card?” Hello Mr. Tech, all phones come with a SIM card. “Well if you don’t have a SIM card you can’t get on the network.” Really Einstein? Then he gets a paper lip and reseats the SIM card that he didn’t reseat doing the screen replacement. After 3 hours and 4 trips into the store, and $200 my phone is working . Jerks who are clueless about tech. Don’t go!

I took my watch there for the battery to be replaced. They replaced the battery and I put it on. When I got home and took the watch off it fell apart. The back fell off. When I went back to the store I was basically told too bad. I was told I was missing a piece and the watch was not working. I called customer service and got nowhere. They want a receipt. I didn't get a receipt. So now I have a nice watch that I can not wear. They do not stand behind their work.
