I took my Samsung note 5 to your w, kemper rd address to have a battery replaced. The manager damaged my phone at the bottom, I asked her becaused she damaged my phone, would she give me the battery for 53.49, order # 0a4605496, I am very unhappy with the service provided. The battery doesnt work, I am afraid to take it back, due to thelast repair. I have picyures of the damage. The persons name was Tiffany.

After years of being a loyal customer, I am dumping these guys for good. After spending nearly $400 on a high end battery just weeks ago, the company will not replace a defective unit. So dishonorable. Not to worry, there are many competetitors coming on line that will take care of their customers. Bye Batteries Plus!

I had originally given them a great review. That's before I went to pick up my cell phone battery. I ordered my battery online to be picked up at the store so they could put it in my phone. I drove 30 mi one way to get there, only to be told someone had sent the wrong battery. They had inverted 2 of the numbers . So, I had to make another trip down there today to get the correct battery. What did they offer me? A measly $5.00 gift certificate!! The gas to make TWO trips at 60 mi round trip was more than that!! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED and I won't EVER shop there again. Then after all that the guy just hands me the battery! I had to tell him to put it in the phone.

PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER- Charge up front before work was done knowing it would not work. Wasted my time and money being dishonest. Did the exact same thing, I had already told them I did trying to program key remote. Ask for refund and of course they refused. VERY DISHONEST. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING.

My phone was running out of power and would only last a few hours. I went in to the local BP store and purchased a new one and took it home. It took me several days to determine that my phone battery was only running out of it's charge because it was apps trying to update. I uninstalled the apps, and then recharged the battery in the phone. It was fine. Deciding that I did not need the replacement battery, I took it with my receipt back to the store. The clerk said I only had 14 days to return it for a refund. Why only a 14 day return period for an unopened phone battery? There was nothing in the store about the 14 day limit, and I only knew about it when the clerk showed me the tiny little print on the back of my sales receipt. NOBODY is going to see that!!!! Well, i now have a brand new battery that I will never use. AND I HAVE A STORE THAT I WILL NEVER, EVER VISIT AGAIN...and forget about me recommending this company to anybody.

Called them with a simple question and the dbag on the phone was super ticked off and got really mad at me for absolutely no reason. I was shocked that he still had his job with his he treated me.

Unbelievable customer support I bought 5 Duracell Ultra SLC10005 battery chargers from Battery plus Bulbs in early Jan of 2020. I did what i thought was thorough product review before the purchase. I needed these to maintain the starting batteries on 5 remote generators in the desert of AZ, each hours away from each other and major towns. The user manual wasn't great but a trickle charger isn't that complicated. 5 days after these were installed these batteries being protected were showing voltages from 10 V to 3 V. Again Tech support said these are plug and play. By disconnecting the chargers and reconnecting 4 of 5 chargers started charging again. Being sceptical we checked them again 4 days later sure enough the chargers quit charging, again disconnect and reconnect they started charging again. During this process I reached out to battery plus for tech support, they didn't even try to read the user manual or troubleshoot the chargers, so i contacted Duracell only to find that these aren't even Duracell (talk about False advertisement) but were made by a company Called NOCO who hung up on our tech support requests. Again every lead was followed to the end to no resolution. No one tried to troubleshoot or discuss settings or application, until coming full circle back to battery plus whom has tech support on a special line they couldn't give directly to us. However our issue was relayed through someone on the phone who was emailing someone who had the answers. The last one asked us to bring the faulty charger in to the store so they could have one of there experienced technicians see if the charger was faulty. The resolve I was told by 2 different support techs on 2 different occasions that we must have faulty chargers, and to return them to the store to exchange them, again no confirming settings or modes or color of LED lights. Just pass problem onto next moron. (that ended up being Me) All this took place in a 2 week time frame in Jan of 2020. All 5 in AZ desert 700 miles between these sites. I have been owner of Andersen Electric for 20 yrs, we do generators and critical power systems all over the country. This was a one off because we needed a separate trickle charger (battery Tender) I am blown away at how this world is deteriorating. Nobody cares anymore about helping customers or making a product that functions the way its advertised. Im 53 yrs old and for the most part very optimistic but I'm seeing our country being destroyed by the upcoming generations of WIIFM's (Whats in it for me). They wont have a clue how to keep what we've worked so hard to build. Thanks for letting me Vent Signed Nope hope in the Future

I went into the store to buy a motorcycle battery. The service was quick and effective. Upon returning home I discovered they sold me a defective battery. I spent several days testing it at home before going back to the store (just to make sure it was the battery). The store said they would test it and call me the next day; which they did. They stated that the battery was good and charged. I told them to take it off the trickle charger for 24hrs and re test. I called them the next day and they restested the battery, only for it to fail inspection (reading 12.3V; a healthy battery should be 12.8V). In order to get a new battery under their warranty they need managerial approval and he was out for the day. I call back the next day (about a week has passed at this point of phone "ping pong"). The amanger tells me my battery is fine and reading great on the multimetert (12.7V). I knew this was a lie as a battery cannot gain charge and called him out over the phone. In all I ended up bringing my receipt back to the store and demanding a refund instead of a new battery under their warranty. Ended up finding a batter battery (name brand) on amazon for $50 instead of theirs for $70. NEVER. AGAIN. (take my warning)
