I bought 2 pancake batteries for my car fob. I popped the fob open, took the old batteries out and was going to pop the new ones in but...I couldn’t get the package open. I asked the guy if I could borrow a knife or a pair of scissors. He said “if I did that I would have to charge you a $19.95 installation fee. Batteries Plus now has 2 strikes against them, this one plus one last year because they could not properly test a car battery and told me a defective battery was good. I think I’ll stop at 2 strikes.

I placed an online order for pickup in store. The order went through and I was told I would be contacted. I decided to go the the store about 10-12 minutes away in Ashburn, VA. When I arrived @ the store the cashier had to look up the order after I gave him the order number. To my surprise he said they did not stock the battery I needed for my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone but the website did not indicate that at all!!! I'm assuming a store manager passed by, the cashier asked him about the battery and he said it was not a stock item and would have to be ordered. I was pissed, wasted my time, my gas and no battery. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. IF THEY DIDN'T CARRY THE FREAKING BATTERY, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INDICATED ONLINE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD IN THIS COUNTRY PERIOD.

I went to the Schererville Indiana location because I had a few solar lights and also my bug zapper solar light needed nicad rechargeable batteries..I could of bought them a lot cheaper on Amazon but wanted them right away. I went there on 6/20 and there was a older lady working alone. She wasn't very friendly at all and I told her the batteries I wanted and she seemed to be a little confused so I pulled the battery up on my smartphone to help her. I told her I wanted 2 Aaa's and 1 AA. She rings me up at register and you can see on other side on display price and what you are buying. She had me for 2 of each and all I did to remind her I only had 3 batteries not 4 and she snapped at me saying I am only charging you for 3 even though the screen said 4.She fixed it but in my mind if I didn't say anything she would of ripped me off for 4. Look I could of gotten these on Amazon for 1/2 the price . She could of used some customer service training! She was real direct and crabby.....No wonder Amazon is taking over! I spent 10 bucks on 3 batteries when I could of gotten them for 5 with free shipping.....Needless to say I won't go back there again unless its an emergency and I don't think that would even happen!!!

My wife and I went in today to replace a scooter battery. The batteries were 80.00 a piece. When we got there the sign on the door said one person at a time.The woman came to the door and we were both allowed in.She was very nice.We left and came back to pick the batteries up, The man said only one at a time. I said my wife and I are one. He said only one at a time.He was very rude . I think they are expensive and they don't have anything I cant get elsewhere cheaper.We will never go back.

Their Products Are Defective!! and Even if you Buy a Full Warranty They WILL NOT Replace the BAD Battery,, The Staff are VERY RUDE and act like they want to fight INSTEAD Of Honoring Their Warranty!! Don't Waste your Time OR MONEY ,You Will Regret it if you Do

Ordered two 12 volt batteries on the 2nd of June. My credit card was charged immediately. I still have not received my batteries or any contact as to why. I finally card today and was told they are back order with no idea when they will be in. But you took my $143 dollars already.

They are quick, which is why they have so many 5 stars reviews on Google but you will NOT be happy with their work 3 months in. I got a screen replacement from them in April which worked fine for about 2 months, until I plugged in a charger and got a black screen which wouldn't come back on. The techs claimed I had dropped it causing the screen to break despite it being in an otter box and no cracks. I have broken my share of screen phones and I know for a fact that this issue did not occur from me dropping it. They refused to fix it under warranty and I needed a phone pretty badly so I paid the overpriced $165 for a replacement with a bunch of fingerprints all over it. Better yet, they wouldn't give me my "broken" screen because they said it had been shipped off between the 30 minutes the screen was taken off and when I had arrived at the store. I won't be returning here again, and I advise anyone to take it to Apple or your carrier and spend the extra $ because these guys are incompetent, use cheap parts, and will not honor any warranty when it comes to phone hardware replacements.

Over the years i have purchased many auto battery's I thing it is around 7 in the last 3 years. Like all product it can fail and leave you stranded . The last battery that fail was a battery I purchased for wife's car . I return the battery to the Puyallup WA location and they replaced under warranty. With no problems I was in the Puyallup location last night with a 1 one old battery that failed, this battery will not hold a charge. Instead of replacing the battery under warranty they did something I have not seen before. They are trying to get the battery to hold a charge and it is going to 24 hrs. ???????? This is just not acceptable the cars is sitting with no battery and if the computer has problems after this i will coming after Battery's Plus. I have always recommended them to family and friends in the future all my business is going elsewhere
