Bad Battery warranty Beware that if the battery goes below 10 Volts the warranty is voided. They fail to mention that during the purchase transaction. I just found that out so now i must buy a new battery. definitely not from Batteries Plus Bulbs.

Bought 3 Duracell batteries for my boat in June 2020 on 8 Sept. 2020 the 24m was dead with 2 volts. It would not take a charge but the policy of Batteries Bulbs is if its under 10 volts they will not honor the warranty. Never again will I buy anything from them again. I did not even get a chance to take the boat out this summer.

Beware of this place,Sebring Fl store they make you sign a waiver that if they make a mistake cutting and programing your key fob that they are not responsible. They make you sign this because they know how much they screw up. They couldnt even cut a blank key fob key and a machine was doing all the work I was told and they blamed it on the machine. She wanted to charge me $60 and the key didnt open the car door. I told her I would call the police and she seemed scared and backed off and told me to pay $30 because she at least programed the key fob. I paid her that amount to get out of there from a bunch of crazy people BEWARE RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! ! !

Bought Duracell LED light bulbs at the Parker Colorado location. Said I could R & R and bulbs that went out. I had returned one last fall with no problem, however when I when to replace another one they said I had to go through Duracell not them. When I asked what changed I was told that was how it is now done. Very poor customer service. Once a sale is made and you are out the door they want nothing to do with you. Bet this location is out off business before the end of the year as other customers were complaining while I was in the store about problem they would not back.

Make a purchase of a Champion brand electric generator on July 20. Today, August 11, 3 weeks later, they call me to indicate that due to the high sales volume of that generator for sale they do not have it available. As it is possible that they wait 3 weeks to notify that they do not have an item. That I should now seek to buy at high prices since we are in the high hurricane season. I will not buy from your company again.

Purchased a Duracell Marine Dual Purpose Battery Group 24 on 03/19. I called to complain the battery will not hold a charge...only one year warranty. I purchased the battery to replace a three year old DEKA battery that was still serviceable. I will not go back to Batteries Plus Bulbs - going back to DEKA batteries

My father, who is one of the nicest people I know, went to the Batteries Plus to get a couple of batteries. The person who was at the counter was so rude to him. My dad told him he wouldn’t be back and the guy said thank you. Jerk!
