Great information and great customer service!

I was a customer of Baton. I can tell you first hand about my experience. Let me preface this by saying that I had contracted a local broker for about a year and a half who did practically nothing to sell my business. I came across Baton and had some hesitancy because they promised a lot. I went ahead and signed with them and was told they would have multiple fair offers on the table and would likely close within six months. Needless to say I was a bit skeptical. The process of putting together information for the sale was a lot of work. After the first month or so, results really started to pour in. We had well over 100 interested buyers, around a dozen interviews with prospective buyers, 3 good buyer offers and selected the best of the bunch in about 5 months time. Throughout the process Dylan with Baton communicated what was going on and worked diligently to generate the best offer. I was astounded at the value and service of this company and would recommend anyone interested in selling to work with them. They promise a lot and over deliver and help through a stressful process. Working with them was one of the best business decisions we could have made for the next chapter of my company

The company valuation was very helpful in letting me know where my business currently stands. They also discussed the best way to increase the value moving forward which helped me to make sure my focus is in the right areas. Everyone was very professional and polite, eager to help in any way they can. When it comes time to sell I will be reaching out to Baton to get it done.

Hardworking, insightful, responsive team!

I was referred to Baton by a trusted friend/colleague and I'm extremely grateful for it. I needed a valuation report for my business but was hesitant to spend thousands of dollars. Baton not only provided a valuation at no cost but also expedited the process upon my request. When I received the report, I had a discussion with Sam about the results. She offered insightful context on how their valuation team reached the final figure, all without any cost to me. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend the working with the team enough to sell your business! I was trying to sell my business by myself on another listing site without much success - we got a bunch of unqualified leads and it was more of a distraction than anything. The Baton team took over all of the aspects of selling the business from putting together spot-on marketing materials to closing the deal. It was great because I got to focus on continuing to operate my company and talking to extremely qualified buyers that they sourced from anywhere they could… it felt like they were all personally committed to my success. We ended up with three offers, Baton supported on the negotiations, and then even hand-held the buyer to qualify for financing. Now I'm on to my next chapter in life!

In the onset, Samantha was on the helm and provided responses instantly. It was a slightly bumpy ride when the process started due to miscommunication. Then onwards, once we exchanged the right data, the process was smooth. We got our desired reports per schedule and the experience was fantastic.
