Pre-ordered a bat
Pre-ordered a bat that was impossible to find anywhere. It arrived even sooner than expected, very easy process! And could make 4 payments with no added cost to do so.

Highly impressed with this company's customer service!! Steven Woodley has gone above and behind to help me in every way! I had ordered the wrong glove and he had gotten back with me immediately after ordering it to fix it and communicate with me! He also made sure everything was right and even went out of his way to find me something that they didn't have right then and there! I highly recommend this company and very much recommend Steven if you have any issues or questions! 5 stars!!

The Bat Flip Shop's customer service is outstanding!
The Bat Flip Shop's customer service was amazing! The owner was helpful and responsive throughout the ordering process, and continued to communicate with me as we anticipated the delivery of a very popular and out of stock bat. He was kind and personable and did everything he could to ensure I received the bat in a timely manner. I highly recommend purchasing from them and will definitely plan to buy baseball products from the Bat Flip Shop in the future.

Excellent business to deal with
