Everything was good except shipping was late despite paying extra for specific timing.

Hey Keith, I apologize for USPS delivering your order late. We shipped your order 2 day priority mail on 8/12/24 but it looks like they did not deliver it until the 19th. As you know, once it leaves our hands we have no control over delivery services. In good faith I am going to refund you the express shipping fee in hopes you will give us our 5th star ! :) Thank you for using us and again we apologize on behalf of USPS.

ordered a glove, paid extra for express shipping. package arrived and it was the wrong glove. I emailed customer service, and Steven reached out to me and rush shipped the correct glove to me without any issues. would purchase from them again.

The bat arrived 4 weeks earlier than we…
The bat arrived 4 weeks earlier than we were told. Just breaking in the bat. So far, so good. My son barreled one for a triple last weekend. Spoke too soon. Just noticed the casing on the endcap has started to chip off :( Re: Batflipshop- Yes, we want to initiate a warranty exchange. Please explain the process for doing so. Thank you.

Hey Christopher- Don't like hearing my customers having issues with new bats, if you want to initiate a warranty exchange let me know, these bats are expensive and need to hold up to the reputation.

Nice bat.
Nice bat.. Juat took longer to get than what I expected..Package was marked 2 day shipping n took over a week for me to receive..
