If you’re reading the reviews, you probably need this program.
Where we started: 9 month old was sleeping in bed with me, waking every 45-90 minutes, and needed a feed to fall asleep. Bedtime without a feed took anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Where we ended up: Bedtime takes at most 20 minutes, she doesn’t need a feed to sleep, sleeps through the night, only 2 feeds through the night, sleeps in her own crib. You don’t have to be perfect, there were plenty of tears (from both her and me), but determination, perseverance and consistency is key. They provide great support through a chat function or video feed to help you through the difficult nights, and make sure you’re comfortable with each step. If you’re unsure, I’d say give it a try. Worst case scenario, you’re no worse off then you are now and you get your money back. Best case scenario, you and your baby get the sleep you need.
