My family purchased an X9R for me for Christmas 2024 and I've used it numerous times over the past 18 months. I've absolutely loved it. However, in May while playing a course with semi-thick rough, I attempted to turn the cart using the remote and the drive mechanism for the right-rear wheel partially stripped. The cart will still go, but the mechanism starts slipping anytime you try to turn it and if the cart attempts to go up a slight incline. I submitted a tech support ticket via email on May 31 and received a response within a day or so with an assigned ticket number. That's the last I've heard from them, Repeated email requests for follow-up have gone unanswered. I've tried calling their number but the system says the number is currently not in service. After reading other reviews on here, I'm wondering if I'll ever hear from them again.

What’s happened to Batcaddy? Have they gone out of biz. No one responds to support tickets. Their phone is just a loop saying go to the website if you have an issue. Are they in business or is a third party selling off inventory. I’m a long time Batcaddy owner that needs support but it seems I need to find a different company:product. Very disappointed.
