Give Them a Go for Sure
Finally an online travel agent that does what it says. Their fares are very competitive and they are responsive and seem like they actually want to assist you. I will be using them again.

Have had good experience with basis both times. Got my united premier 1k within the same day of applying and was also able to sell my points within 30 minutes. Overall customer service is really quick and easy. Will be using them often!

Skeptic turned Fanatic
My upgrade was processed in hours and customer service was available during the timeline to walk me through what was needed. Was so much easier than anticipated and I have already been approved for complementary upgrades and flight changes and my status is less than three days old. This is going to save so much on bags and changes. Clear was extended to match during this same. Excited to be traveling so much during the time I have it! Thank you Basis for the A++ service.
