Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

I love this company!!! Michael was so helpful with recommendations and responded almost immediately!! Thank you!

I replaced all of my dog bowls (2 small, 1 medium, 1 large) with Basis bowls and I'll probably be back for an additional large bowl. Thrilled to find stainless bowls sourced and made in the USA. The quality is top notch and the peace of mind that are safe for my dogs (no lead, radioactive materials, etc) made them worth every penny.

I ordered 2 bowls and they were shipped and here in no time and they were packed wonderfully. These bowls are heavy, sturdy, great bowls. Nothing like the flimsy bowls you buy in the store! We also love that they are made in the USA. Well worth the money.

Due to all the nasty dangerous chemicals that have been showing up in cheap foreign made dog products and treats, we were looking for a safe USA made dish set. The bowls arrived in about 2 business days, complete with care instructions and an ink signed letter from the owner stating that he stood behind his product would take care of any dissatisfaction. Not an issue as I was actually really impressed with the quality (definitely worth the cost). They are sturdy, have no sharp edges, and as described on the website, the shape actually does allow our dog to get all of the food/water down to the last drop (in a way that the previous flat bottomed bowl did not). We were so impressed with the quality of the product and customer service, we will definitely continue to support this business and share it with fellow dog owners. Thank you for a well made product and excellent customer service.

I was looking for quality stainless steel bowls made in USA and Basis Pet fills that perfectly. Fast shipping and amazing quality.

The size is perfect. Not too small, not too big. My dog eats a raw diet and so I stir it up and prefer a nice size bowl to mix it up in. This bowl is great. Super quality, nice looking, easy to wash, and the stands are perfect too! I highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service. Superior communication. Excellent products. Hope the product line is expanded soon.

Everything was received as described and has held up well to a strong 1 year old!
